These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Roaya platform and embeddable widgets by retailers and their end users.
Acceptance
By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using it on behalf of an organization, you accept on its behalf.
The service
Roaya provides browser-based virtual try-on and image-based frame search that retailers embed on their own websites. Features and availability may change over time.
Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and publishable keys, and for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it to violate the rights of others.
Shopper data and privacy
Roaya virtual try-on processes camera and face data entirely on the shopper’s device; no images leave it. Retailers remain responsible for their own privacy disclosures to shoppers and for lawful use of any data they collect through their storefront.
Intellectual property
Roaya and its licensors retain all rights in the platform and software. Retailers retain rights in their own catalog content and 3D assets.
Fees
Pricing is sales-led and based on catalog size. Applicable fees and terms are set out in your order or agreement with us.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." Try-on and search results are aids to shopping and are not guarantees of fit, suitability, or availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roaya is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, unless otherwise agreed in writing. (To be confirmed with counsel.)
